 closed loop recycling (Section 1)

closed loop recycling

with the support of the armourthene® team, our distributors will work with their customers to offer a complete service by managing your products even after use.

let us help you #CloseTheLoop.

how it works

Step 1:  send a sample of the plastic to us.
  • we assess the quality to decide what it can be recycled into!
Step 2:  we will give you a price per tonne (you only need to pay for transport!).

Step 3:  let us know when you need your 1st collection and how regularly you
                 want collections.
Step 4:  bundle or pack your scrap plastic onto a pallet.
  • try to get as much onto the pallet as possible to maximise transport.
Step 5:  let us know when it is ready, and we will collect it from you.

Step 6:  it arrives at the recycling point, where it is weighed and recycled.

the polythene is put through a purpose-built recycling process, allowing it to be re-created into armourthene® REGENERATE material, which is then made into other products – giving it a “second life “

Step 7:  you receive a credit note for the amount you have recycled.

Step 8:  at the end of each year, you receive an ANNUAL PLASTIC RECYCLING CERTIFICATE showing the total weight you have recycled each year.
